Goat Curry: brown goat. Add 2 tbsp Costack Mild Curry, simmer in coconut milk + thyme for 90 min.
Family Chicken Curry: sauté onion + garlic. Add 1 tbsp Costack Mild Curry. Add chicken and stock. Finish with potato and scotch bonnet.
Vegetable Curry: works on chickpeas, sweet potato, butternut. 1 tbsp per portion of veg + coconut milk.
Lentil Dal: 1 tsp into red lentils + coconut milk for a quick weeknight dal.
Marinade: mix 1 tbsp with yoghurt + lime for chicken thighs or fish fillets.
