Description
Ningxia goji berries — raw, sun-dried, nothing added
Sun-dried goji berries (wolfberries) from Ningxia, the Chinese region the fruit is famous for. Sweet-tart and chewy — close to a raisin, with a gentle tang — and unusually substantial for a fruit: 14.3g protein and 13g fibre per 100g, with naturally occurring vitamin C and carotenoids including beta-carotene and zeaxanthin. No added sugar, oil or preservatives.
Best for
- Snacking by the small handful, straight or in trail mix
- Scattering over porridge, granola and smoothie bowls — they soften beautifully
- Steeping in hot water with ginger as a simple tea, or dropping into broths
- Folding into flapjacks, energy balls and bakes
FAQ
How many should I eat? Around 10–30g a day — a small handful — is the commonly suggested amount.
Do I need to soak them? Rinse before eating; a 10-minute soak plumps them up for baking and breakfast bowls, and they rehydrate naturally in porridge or tea.
What do they taste like? Like a raisin with a tangy, slightly savoury edge — soft but chewy, which is what makes them so moreish raw.
Packs run from 100g up to a 10kg trade sack — better price per kilo as you scale, and WFE Club members get trade pricing. Just want a kilo? See the Stock & Bite 1kg value pack.
