The most versatile almond in our range. Skin-on wholes keep their crunch and their fibre-rich skin, with the sweet marzipan note Spanish varieties are known for — creamy to taste, deeply satisfying to bite. Grown organically without synthetic pesticides; 21.2g protein and 12.5g fibre per 100g.

Whole vs blanched — which do I need? Skin-on wholes for snacking and roasting; blanched for marzipan and bakes where skin flecks matter. For baking texture, see also flaked and almond flour.

Are they really raw? Yes — unroasted, unsalted, unpasteurised. Organic, vegan and no added sugar.

How should I store them? Cool, dark and dry; reseal after opening or move to an airtight jar.
