FAQ
How much per day? Around 15g (roughly one heaped tablespoon) is the commonly advised daily amount — a little goes a long way.
Do I need to soak them? No, but soaking unlocks the gel texture; dry they add gentle crunch to bakes, yoghurt and salads.
Organic or regular? Same seed and nutrition — these are certified organic; our natural chia seeds cost less for everyday use.
Packs run from 250g up to a 25kg trade sack — better price per kilo as you scale, and WFE Club members get trade pricing.
