Organic ground cinnamon cassia — the bold, warming everyday cinnamon, finely milled and ready to bake with.

Cassia is made from the dried inner bark of evergreen trees grown across Asia. Darker and redder than Ceylon, it brings a robust, warm-sweet flavour and a pungent aroma that stands up to long cooking and big bakes. It is the more affordable workhorse of the two cinnamons; note that cassia is naturally higher in coumarin than Ceylon, so heavy daily users often choose Ceylon instead. Certified organic.
