Where raw nibbed almonds stay neutral, these bring a ready-roasted depth to whatever they touch. 19g protein and 8.4g fibre per 100g, with the vitamin E and magnesium almonds are known for.

Chopped or nibbed — what's the difference? These are roasted with a rustic chop and full toasted flavour; nibbed almonds are raw, blanched and cut to a uniform 2mm — better when you want the oven to do the toasting.
Do I need to toast them? No — they're already roasted. Use them straight from the pouch.
How should I store them? Cool, dark and dry; reseal after opening or move to an airtight jar to keep the roast-fresh crunch.
