Raw organic sunflower kernels — mild, sweet and tender-crisp, with serious nutrition behind the modest taste: 20.8g protein per 100g and one of the best natural sources of vitamin E (a 32g handful covers around 60% of your reference intake), plus magnesium, B vitamins and selenium. Nothing added.

Do I need to shell them? No — these are kernels, already dehulled and ready to eat or cook.
